"Achmatsuna" is my family's startup, bringing a taste of Georgian cuisine to the street! This dish, traditionally enjoyed at family feasts with a plate, fork, and knife, has been transformed into a hand-held street food.
As a graphic designer, I’ve had the chance to wear many hats in our family startup. From brainstorming the initial concept to figuring out how to wrap the food for convenient street eating, I have worked to ensure it's comfortable to eat while standing. Ultimately, I’ve designed a multi-functional food cart to make enjoying Achmatsuna easy at any festival or city event.
